In light of the ongoing public health concerns with COVID-19, we've implemented automated Pre-Shift Health Screening through our Flex app for Talent. Based on guidelines set forth by New York state (as these are the strictest requirements across all Jitjatjo markets), prior to working any shift, our Talent are required to complete a brief, Pre-Shift Health Screening survey.
Talent must complete the screening on the day of the job they are to be working, and we present them the screening within 4-hours of their scheduled start-time
Talent that get flagged during the screening, are automatically removed from their gigs and are restricted from working gigs until cleared by a member of Jitjatjo’s HR Team.
Jitjatjo’s Pre-Shift Health Screening will complement any screening you may already be doing. Due to our commitment to Public Health, the Pre-Shift Health Screening may occasionally result in some service delivery disruptions if Talent are flagged close to their start-time. We have mobilized additional resources to rapidly back-fill Talent that are flagged.
